Minions and Me Cleaning Ltd

 

I set up Minions and Me Cleaning ltd with the ethos of empowering women into employment.  As I have five children myself I know how hard it is to contribute financially to the family and be the best mother you can be.  So the answer was to create a company which allows me to do both.  

 

I employ only local people.  They go through training and a selection process.  I am from the West Coast of the South Island.  Brought up on a farm I was taught a hard days graft.  I expect my minions and I to work hard and thorough, at the same time enjoying a harmonious work environment. 

 

I want to take over the cleaning world (wahahaha) as the more jobs/ contracts Minions and Me Cleaning can secure the more mothers I can offer work to and the more time they can spend with their children.  Who said we can't have everything!

 

As we are amazing at time management we can be flexible with working hours -  nights and weekends.  For you, our customer/ contractor, it means if you finish eg a new build at 5 pm, we can clean and you can sign over at 9 am and not lose another business day, or if you are moving flats we can clean on the Sunday  etc.

 

We strive for excellence as our time is valuable to us and we don't want to waste it being mediocre .
